Coryell Memorial Healthcare System provides three wonderful residential options to meet the needs of seniors at any stage. Whether you simply want a friendly environment that provides extra security and services or whether you need extensive assistance with mobility and medications, we have the residence that you will be happy to call home. The Meadows

The Oaks at Coryell are private apartments for the individual or couple who wishes to retain their independence but would like the option of trained health professionals nearby. Each unit features a porch with private entrance and a kitchen.

The Eula P. White Welcome Program provides personal care services to ease the transition from hospital to home or provides long-term assistance with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and taking medication.

The Meadows Skilled Nursing Facility provides the highest level of care for people who need regular nursing care or rehab. A secured Special Care Unit  serves those who need extra assistance due to dementia-related wandering.
