The Oaks at Coryell are private apartments for
the individual or couple who wishes to retain their independence but
would like trained health professionals nearby. Each unit features a porch with
private entrance and a kitchen. Services also include prepared meals, a
beautiful dining room, activity area, housekeeping services and a 24-hour call
system.
The
Eula P. White Welcome Program provides personal care services to
ease the transition from hospital to home or provides
long-term assistance with activities of daily living.
This intermediate level of care is suited for persons
needing extra help day-to-day but who do not need the
level of assistance provided by a nursing facility.
The Meadows
Skilled Nursing Facility provides the highest level of care for people who need
around-the-clock nursing care. Beautiful private or semi-private rooms are
available, each with a window overlooking the scenic outdoors. A secured Special
Care Unit serves those who need extra assistance due to cognitive or
behavioral issues.
