Dr. Jeff Bates
Our more recent addition to our medical
team is Dr. Bates. Prior to earning his medical
degree, he graduated with a Master of Science in Aging &
Adult Studies, Health Care Administration. He completed an
Internal Medicine & Pediatrics residency at S&W Hospital and
has now been an ER doctor and hospitalist for over 10 years.
Dr. William
Mitchell Dr. Mitchell is a graduate of
the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with an
M.D. He completed his residency at Waco-McLennan County
Family Practice Residency and is board certified by the
American Board of Family Medicine.
Dr. James
Hodges Dr. Hodges received his B.S.
degree from Southern Illinois University and earned his M.D.
at St. George's University. He completed his Internal
Medicine internship and
residency at Seton Hall University and now is a partner at
Providence Internal Medicine Associates in addition to being
a physician at Coryell Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Darren
Hamm Dr. Hamm, who is board certified
in Family Practice, began his relationship with Coryell
Memorial Hospital in 1994 when he joined the local clinic
and treated his hospitalized patients. Now he serves local
patients through the CMH Emergency Department. He earned his
degrees at Texas Tech University and UTMB-Galveston.

Dr. Stephen
Norris Dr. Norris earned his B.A. from Baylor University and then
graduated from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas
with an M.D. He received specialty training in
General Surgery from Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and is board certified
by the American Board of Surgery.
Dr. Kevin
Dwyer Dr. Dwyer, a board certified
radiologist, is also a veterinarian. He earned his medical
degree from the UT Health Sciences Center in San Antonio and
had residencies at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas and
Scott & White Clinic in Temple. He is board certified by the
American Board of Radiology.

Dr. Elisabeth
Flachofsky When Dr. Flachofsky earned her
Doctor of Medicine degree at Texas A&M Health Science Center
she was valedictorian of her class. She completed an
anesthesiology residency at Duke University and is board
certified by the American Board of Anesthesiologists. She
treats patients during surgeries and in the pain clinic.
Dr. Linley
Watson Dr. Watson earned a B.A. and
his medical degree from The University of Kansas where he also completed his
residency in internal medicine. He continued his
specialty education with a fellowship in cardiology at the University of Missouri College of
Medicine. He is certified by the American Board of Internal
Medicine with a subspecialty of cardiovascular disease.
