The Medication Assistance Program is operated by a
Coryell Memorial volunteer and can help low-income
persons obtain their medications through pharmaceutical
companies. Financial data must be verified |

|
| annually and
not all medications are available. If you need
assistance obtaining your medications because you cannot
afford them, please call 248-6339 and leave a
message if it is after the hours posted below. |
