Mills County Medical Clinic (MCMC) is a rural health clinic operated by Coryell Memorial Healthcare System and affiliated with Scott & White. It is located in Goldthwaite, just 50 miles west of Gatesville on Highway 84. MCMC is a two-provider practice clinic that is staffed with a full-time physician and a full-time family nurse practitioner.

Providers at the clinic see patients of all ages and can handle a variety of healthcare needs. Some basic lab tests are performed at the clinic with full spectrum lab services performed at CMHS in Gatesville. Basic x-rays are performed at the clinic as well and read by a radiologist in Gatesville.
