Our
Health, Our Hospital, Our Future
Even the
Smallest Gift can Help Save a Life
Coryell Memorial Healthcare System has
been serving our area for several decades thanks to the
generosity and support of the community. The
facility remains community built, owned and supported.
At Coryell Memorial we are constantly searching for ways
to provide better health care for our growing community
and to make a difference in the standard of living for
our families, friends and neighbors. Our advanced
facilities, technical equipment, educational programs
and human resources are priorities with us in serving
you. However, all our programs require money to function
and thrive.
Life Gift
A Life Gift to Coryell Memorial is a
lasting tribute to your family, friend, business
associate or other person who is important to you. Your
gift will help the physicians and staff to better care
for all Coryell Memorial patients and residents.
Life Gifts may be made:
To honor the memory of a loved one, friend or business
associate
To cheer and speed the recovery of one who is ill
To honor the birth of a baby, an anniversary, a birthday
or other significant occasion for a relative or friend
As a way to thank Coryell Memorial for being there for
you, a friend, or loved one
Many use a Life Gift to permanently
memorialize the name of a special person by dedicating a
room, or its furnishings, a piece of equipment or some
department with a plaque.
Another option to forever memorialize
the life of a loved one is a gift to the "Tree of Life".
Add a leaf to the tree or a stone to the ground...
Copper
leaf: $250
Small
stone: $1000
Brass

Life Gift
Giving
Memorials can be donated all at once or
over a set payment schedule that fits your personal life
style. The Coryell Memorial Foundation accepts cash,
checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Gifts may
also be pledged through trusts and life insurance.
If you are interested in making a gift
of life, please contact the development department at
(254) 248-6293. We would be happy to answer any
questions and to provide pledge cards for designating
your gift.
All gifts are tax deductible in
accordance with existing tax laws. We encourage you to
contact your accountant if you have questions concerning
your estate planning and CMHS.
Each gift will be acknowledged by a card
sent to the person or family of the person in whose name
the gift is made. The notification does not include the
amount of the gift. You, as the benefactor, will receive
a separate acknowledgment and receipt.
